Join us for an 8-week, evidence-based class designed to help older adults improve balance and reduce the risk of falls through the practice of Tai Chi. This class will teach movements that focus on weight shifting, spatial awareness, and balance, while also providing additional benefits such as muscle strengthening, stress reduction, and improved joint mobility. Join us to enhance your stability and overall well-being in a supportive and enjoyable environment!
