Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan and Other Resources
The City of Eagle Lake has adopted an Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan for the purpose of laying out a plan of action to be taken in an effort to manage and reduce the economic, ecological, and social impacts that this invasive pest poses on the community. With approximately 100 ash trees on public property, the estimated cost to treat, remove and replace these ash trees will total over $200,000 during the next 10 to 15 years.
