Fox Meadows Housing Development
The Fox Meadows Development (project) consists of constructing 228 new residential units in Eagle Lake, Minnesota. The development site is located in the southeast portion of Eagle Lake on two parcels currently used as cultivated cropland along the east side of South Agency Street. The project would include a mix of multi-family housing units, twin homes, and single family lots with associated roads, utilities, and a stormwater management system. A park may also be created surrounding an existing wetland in the northeast corner of the project area.
